This statement is made in accordance with Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out the steps that Talentro Limited has taken and is continuing to take to ensure that modern slavery and human trafficking do not occur within our business or supply chains.

Talentro Limited is a company registered in England and Wales providing workforce and labour supply solutions to businesses across the UK.

We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships and to implementing effective systems and controls to prevent modern slavery.

Talentro Limited has a zero-tolerance approach to all forms of modern slavery, forced labour, human trafficking, and exploitation. We are committed to:

3. Our Operations & Risk Assessment

Our business involves sourcing, vetting, and supplying workers to client sites. We recognise that labour supply operations can present an increased risk of exploitation, and we actively take steps to reduce this risk.

We assess modern slavery risks by:

  • Verifying right-to-work documentation
  • Conducting identity checks
  • Ensuring workers enter roles voluntarily
  • Monitoring working conditions through client feedback
  • Maintaining clear communication with all workers

4. Due Diligence Procedures

To combat modern slavery, we follow strict due diligence procedures including:

  • Verification of identity and legal right to work in the UK
  • Direct payment of wages into the worker's own bank account
  • Clear communication of pay rates and working conditions
  • Use of written agreements where appropriate
  • Review of any third-party labour providers
  • Immediate investigation of any suspicions or reports

7. Training & Awareness

We are committed to improving awareness of modern slavery risks within our business. Management is responsible for ensuring:

  • Awareness of modern slavery indicators

  • Compliance with employment law

Where necessary, training will be provided.

8. Continuous Improvement

Talentro Limited is committed to continuously improving its practices to:

This statement is reviewed annually and updated as required.
